FAQ
How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 48 hours (2 days) before your preferred collection date. Every order is freshly made, so Hannah needs a little lead time.
Do you deliver?
Self-collection is free in Bukit Panjang / Cashew. Delivery is ~$15, charged at the Grab Express rate — or arrange your own courier (Grab / Lalamove). DM to confirm the fee for your address.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayNow / PayLah only. You'll get a QR with your order total when you order.
How should I store it?
Keep frozen at all times. Best within 1–2 weeks (within 1 month for best quality). Let it soften at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping; once opened, reseal and finish within 7 days.
Any allergens? Is it vegan?
Everything is 100% plant-based — no dairy, no eggs. Made in a home kitchen that also handles other ingredients, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a food allergy, please message before ordering.
What if my preferred slot isn't available?
Slots are limited to keep every batch fresh. Pick the next available one, or DM to check if it can be accommodated.
Can I cancel, change, or reschedule?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before your slot get a full refund. Flavour/size changes may be possible before Hannah starts preparing. One-time rescheduling for self-collection is fine with 24 hours' notice.
